Terms and Conditions for Standard Delivery Service
- If a customer places an order and completes payment by 1:00 PM on that day, the product will be prepared and delivered as quickly as possible to the customer within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- For each order, customers may receive products at different times and in separate boxes, depending on the items. The company will deliver products to customers as quickly and completely as possible, according to the company's service standards.
- Product delivery to customers may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political impacts, resulting in delays exceeding 5 business days. The company will coordinate with private shipping companies to resolve the issue and ensure the customer receives the product as quickly as possible.
- Once the customer receives a shipping notification from BNN Online, the product will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer during the order placement process only. We reserve the right to change the delivery address once the product is being transported by a private shipping company.
