- For credit card payments, whether in full or in installments, the company will refund the product value to the credit card account used by the customer for the purchase within 15-30 days (the company reserves the right that the name on the credit card must match the name of the purchaser on the website only).
- For payments made via bank counter, service counter, bank account debit, cash on delivery, or ATM, the company will refund the product value to the bank account specified by the customer in the product return menu within 15-30 days from the date the company receives all required documents*.
