1. 100% genuine product, 1-year Thai center warranty / 6-month memory card warranty

2. In case of ordering the wrong model or color, the shop reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before pressing order.

3. If the device has a defect / cracked screen / dented body / broken, it must be reported within 24 hours. **Along with photos and video of unboxing the product.** If there is no evidence or information as stated above, the shop reserves the right to deny claims/new product exchanges in all cases!!

4. In case of incorrect address, the shop cannot edit it. Customers must cancel and reorder the product.

5. The buyer must provide order details and the product's SN. If the information is incomplete, the shop reserves the right to terminate the product warranty. **This product warranty does not include peripherals or other free gifts included in the box, such as charging cables included with various plug models.**

6. The product warranty does not cover free gift items. During the warranty period, you must pay for shipping yourself.

7. Product damage caused by user, such as breakage, dents, burns, water stains, rust stains, etc., voids the warranty.

8. We do not accept exchanges or returns for products damaged by improper use or customer error in ordering, regardless of the case. If the motherboard accessory is damaged by the customer's own use or if it is within the warranty period but the motherboard accessory needs to be replaced, the customer must pay for the repair of the accessory and shipping costs themselves.

9. In case of delivery issues or loss, please notify us for investigation within 15 days after dispatch. The shop cannot investigate beyond the specified time and reserves the right to deny all compensation.
