1. 100% genuine product, 1-year official Thai warranty. In some warranty cases, additional charges may apply.
2. In case of ordering the wrong model or color, the shop reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before placing an order.
3. If the device has scratches / a broken screen / dents / cracks, it must be reported within 24 hours **with photos and videos of unpacking the product**. If there is no evidence as stated by the shop, the shop reserves the right to refuse claims/exchanges in all cases!!

5. The buyer must keep the packaging box for confirmation of purchase with the shop.
