-️ Warranty Conditions
1. 100% genuine product with 1-year Thai warranty. Additional charges may apply for some warranty cases.
2. In case of incorrect model or color ordered, the store reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns. Please check carefully before placing an order.
3. If the device has dents / cracked screen / dents on the body / cracks, it must be reported within 24 hours. **With photos and video of unboxing the product.** If there is no evidence as stated by the store, the store reserves the right to deny product claims/new product exchanges in all cases!!
4. In case of incorrect address, the store cannot modify it. The customer must cancel and reorder the product.
5. The buyer must keep the packaging box for confirmation of purchase with the store during the warranty period. If there is no box or documents from the store, the store reserves the right to terminate the product warranty. **This product warranty does not include peripherals or free gifts included in the box, such as charging cables included in different plug models.**
6. The product warranty does not cover free gifts. During the warranty period, you must pay for shipping yourself.
7. Product damage caused by the user, such as breakage, damage, dents, burns, water stains, rust stains, etc., will void the warranty.
8. We do not accept exchanges or returns for products damaged by improper use or customer ordering errors, regardless of the case. If the motherboard accessory is damaged by the customer's own use or if it is within the warranty period but the motherboard accessory needs to be replaced, the customer must pay for the repair of the accessory and shipping costs themselves.
