-️ Warranty Conditions
1. 100% genuine product with 1-year Thai warranty. Additional charges may apply for some warranty cases.
2. In case of ordering the wrong model or color, the store reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check before placing your order.
3. In case the device has dents / cracked screen / damaged body / broken, it must be reported within 24 hours ** with photos and video of unboxing **. If there is no evidence as stated by the store, the store reserves the right to reject all claims/new product exchanges.
4. If the address is incorrect, the store cannot edit it. The customer must cancel and reorder the product.
5. The buyer must keep the packaging box for confirmation of purchase with the store during the warranty period. If there is no box or documentation from the store, the store reserves the right to terminate the product warranty. **This product warranty does not include peripherals or other free gifts included in the box, such as charging cables included with various plug models.
6. The product warranty does not cover free gifts. During the warranty period, you must pay for shipping yourself.
